POSITION OVERVIEW

 

Job Purpose/ Accountability: To ensure timely resolution of Support tickets.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Ensure support tickets raised by users are allocated between team members effectively and resolved, keeping business users informed of progress along the resolution path.
  2. Conduct user training on internal applications as on required to make tickets get resolved as per customer requirements
  3. Interact with other departments e.g. Dev, BA, etc. for timely solution to clients
  4. Define and manage SLA for all applications, provide quick and accurate impact analysis, effective root cause analysis, timely resolution, clear communication on issues and management of strong client relationship through trust.
  5. Responsible for identification of gaps in monitoring and addressing them with the aim to transform the team from being reactive to proactive in its response to issues.
  6. Responsible for creating, maintenance and execution of support documentation, new user on-boarding, user training, run book, issues tracking, and infrastructure testing.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Act as a liaison between the Users/CSRs and the Support/Development team.
  2. Conduct calls with the clients/CSRs to help them with the System functionalities
  3. Perform structured analysis of client’s existing operations to identify pain points, inefficiencies and any unmet business needs
  4. Coordinator should make a daily analysis of the tickets, prioritize and talk to the Support members. Actively send out issues to the Dev team after doing a thorough RCA and follow up on required LO and Enhancements.
  5. Analyze topic frequency and decide on which topic should be taken up as enhancement to reduce ticketing load.
  6. Demo, and making manuals of domain-specific features that maybe relatively unfamiliar to the rest of the team
  7. Analyse tickets, make an RCA and communicate to the Dev team. Decide on the priority with the CSRs, talk to the BAs to prioritize items for these issues on LO tracker.
  8. Work closely with data team members-communicate any of their concerns to and for the domain CSRs/admins
  9. Set up forms with the help of eval team members before each Session-if features like Autosave, Auto distribution and Auto reminder are not yet activated for a school, then pitch these features to the school admin

Role description:

QA Automation and manual testing Engineer part of a UAT Testing team. Project is using agile/ scrum methodology. Main duty to handling and mentoring UAT testing team. Work and Guide for building automation framework and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and mentor team members and help them in their development progress.
  • Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy
  • Provide accurate QA estimates for product releases, Automation scripting etc.

  • 4+ years in technical program management (Experience owning a program/product/feature, scoping requirements, preparing detailed BRDs, planning milestones, project management and working with business and technical teams)

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Design from a reputed institute
