Setting Up
the Student Module: Page Instructions


Each page throughout the student module can be equipped with instructions to help your students use that page. Your system comes with basic instructions but you are welcome to edit, remove, or add additional instructions as you wish.

To add, edit, or delete instructions, follow these steps.

  1. From the Configuration page, select Page Instructions from the School Configuration box.

  1. This will take you to the Page Instructions page. From this page, you can access all of the instructions throughout the Student Module, organized by section. To open up the pages within the folders, click on the plus sign next to a folder.

  1. When you click on a particular page, the instructions that appear on that page will show. To add a new instruction, click on the Add New Instruction button. To edit existing instructions, click on the green pencil. To delete an instruction box, click on the red X.

  1. When you select Add or Edit, the Page Instructions box. From here, you can title the instruction box, choose the background color, place it to the top or bottom of the screen, and add or edit the text.

  1. When you are finished, click Save & Close.
