Setting Up the Student Module:



The STEPS Student Module puts all information at your students’ fingertips—including Frequently Asked Questions. This allows you to list questions for  easy access by students and to train them to go here first before they call or email you, hopefully reducing your workload. These questions can be found in FAQs under the Student Module.

During onboarding, the Exxat Team will set up your FAQs per your specifications. You can Add or Edit your FAQs at any time by following these instructions.

  1. From the Configuration page, select FAQs from the Student Module box.

  1. This will bring up a list of your current FAQs. Click on Add New to add a new FAQ.

  1. The Add New Question box will appear. Enter the question and the answer, choose the category from the dropdown. To show the question on the student module, set Show to Students in Student Module to on. To show on your public website, set Share with Public Website to on.

  1. Then click the Save & Close button.

  1. You may reorder the questions using the arrows. Save the ranks when you are satisfied with the order. Please note that you cannot move FAQs between categories here. You will need change the category by editing the FAQ individually.

  1. To edit an FAQ, click on the green pencil. To delete an FAQ, click on the red ‘X’.
